Elks Host Playboy Mansion Chef Carter
The Thousand Oaks Elks lodge hosted the world-renowned Executive Chef of the Playboy Mansion, Chef William Carter, in a Culinary Demonstration of Holiday Tasting. With the proceeds going to the Elks National Foundation the Elk volunteers, under the guidance and instruction of Chef Carter, helped prepare hors d’ouevres from a menu especially created for the event. This was the first of planned culinary demonstrations by notable chefs to follow in the upcoming months at the lodge.
